Adam's friend Belinda is walking this year in honor of Katie. I think this is very sweet of her and we need to support her for the walk.



I walk this year is in honor of Katie Ellen Eakins - a future gift to this world.


This is my 5th year to participate in WalkAmerica. I can't explain how great it feels to make a difference and challenge you to do so as well. The MOD's mission is to improve the health of babies by preventing birth defects, premature birth, and infant mortality.

My cousin April and her family are moving to Tucson, Arizona. They stopped by the Granbury Grandparents for a little eat, talk, and laugh time. We even managed to take this big family picture. This is most of the family, minus just a couple members.

Katie's Baby Shower

Showering of baby stuff occurred last Saturday. Hosted by my sister and located at my grandparents house, with lots of cake! Pictures have been taken, but not uploaded just yet. The assembling of the crib and changing table is also done, via the help of the Katie's grandparents to be. Pictures of her almost done room will be available soon.
